Hmmmm... Am I wrong or is that the first ever flat footed Barbie? Skipper has flat feet, but I've never seen a Barbie that could wear flat shoes. If so, this is kind of awesome.
ReplyDeleteI still kind of want to get the Architect Barbie and turn her into a LEED AP Barbie for my desk, make her a tiny copy of a LEED Rating System manual.
I think I crushed her soul once.

Dog Friendly, we have a couple other non-standard footed Barbies in the population here, including one with decidedly flat feed. Most are the standard 13/16" suited for high heels Barbie feet, though, so you are correct in that this one is different.

Since I'm on a short xmas break, Younger Daughter and I have gone for actual bike rides together (AUTHENTIC LEG ACTION!), which I hope will have long-term positive effects.
THIS JUST IN: her feet are actually normal, it's her shoes that are odd. In the post-xmas stuff resorting operation, she was momentarily set aside, but now has been relocated, and on inspection her feet are standard arched 13/16" specification. The shoes on the other hand are flat adapters to fit into the pedals which enable the AUTHENTIC LEG ACTION. I apologize for any doll foot classification missteps which this may have caused.
