Even more bike racks!

Phoenix GRiD bike station across the street at the light rail stop: GRiD Bike Info Linkage

Locks built in...

Computer billing taillight on the back...

Shaft drive!! (queue the theme from Shaft)

Shop local!

Someone rode GRiD bikes here and locked them right up. I need to try them out soon.

  1. We're supposed to get bikesharing this Spring. I can't wait to see what kooky acronym name they're given.

    1. Best case, cities implementing bike share look to the success stories (Paris, maybe New York, not Beijing) and learn from their experiences. Not Invented Here seems like the norm, though.

  2. Wouldn't it be better for the environment to go to the local library than a book store?

    1. You might think so, but by directing my gift card funds to the local bookstore, I help to support a locally-oriented community which multiplies my economic environmental effectiveness by a factor of 17.
