  8. Thanks for your responses! Here's mine:

How often do you ride a bicycle? Daily
How many bicycles do you currently own? How many of those do you ride weekly? Six. Three.

Is it a race or not? If it is, how fast can you go? How far? It's not a race, unless IT IS ON. Then it can be a race.
If you carry stuff, how? Backpack, panniers/rack, messenger bag, baskets, bakfiets, plastic bags, bungie anywhere, etc. Panniers on a rack, or bungies to the rack, are my preference
Where do you usually ride (check all that apply): Street/road, striped bike lane, separated bike lane/way, multi-use path, dirt path, single track, downhill, sidewalk, velodrome, PBP, the steepest mountain I can find, stairs and railings downtown, anything with control cards. Any of the above, except probably the stairs and railings downtown.
Do you commute to work by bicycle? How often? Yes. Daily.
Do you use multi-mode transportation which includes a bicycle? I've tried it, but it doesn't fit into my daily routine, if that's what you mean.
Do you have a preferred local bike shop you visit regularly? Specify. I prefer Slippery Pig, in Phoenix, but don't visit often enough.

Do you usually wear a helmet? Knee or elbow pads, or other protective/safety gear? Usually a helmet.
Coffee and bikes: discuss. I sometimes ponder which came first, coffee, or bikes? I believe the correct answer is coffee, which then permits the conclusion that the guy who invented the bicycle was chucking down espresso all night as he labored to make his machine work, which may explain a lot.
What goes through your mind when you ride? It's more like what DOESN'T: I'm not simmering about sitting stuck in a car in traffic, about high gas prices, or about how late I am. Or about emissions inspections, or transmission repair bills. Or getting my head gasket repaired. Or the oil pump. Or about how if my attention lapses for half a second I could kill someone by smashing into them. I just ride, and listen to the birds in the mornings.
Does cycling help? Explain. When I read the responses above, yes, I think it does.
