Phoenix Spaceport Taking Shape

With convenient connections to terrestrial flights from nearby Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport

I noticed while riding down near the current airport that construction of the new spaceport is well underway. I think it showed forward-thinking to site it close to the current conventional airport, as well as being very convenient to the light rail line that runs along Washington. They haven't installed the docking pods or the dilithium replenishment depot yet, but there appears to be plenty of open ground there to work with. Ten minutes to downtown from here, and someday soon, only 40 years to Gliese 581 from the new terminal. Once they get the kinks out of the .5c drive. Soon as the spaceport opens, I imagine.
